Cheshire Clubs invited to Regional ECB Junior Pathway Roadshow

Wednesday, October 25th at Macron Stadium, Bolton (7pm-9pm)

THE dust may have only just settled on a fantastic summer of cricket, but plans are already in place for the launch of All Stars 2018!

Following a short consultation period, in which feedback was gathered from players, parents, Activators and clubs, the ECB have made some exciting developments to All Stars Cricket which saw more than 37,000 children engage in the sport last summer.

By now Cheshire Clubs should have received an invite from ECB to attend one of the forthcoming Junior Pathway Roadshows.

The Roadshows will focus on ECB's plans to make All Stars even bigger and better next year. They will cover some of the 2018 programme enhancements including local marketing support, systems and the financial model. There will also be an opportunity to hear about some exciting developments to the youth pathway in England and Wales.

The Roadshows are for everyone involved or interested in junior cricket, with all Cheshire clubs encouraged to send representatives.

The 'North West' Roadshow is at Bolton's Macron Stadium on Wednesday, October 25th (7pm-9pm) and promises to be an informative and inspiring evening for all involved. To register your attendance, use this link.

If clubs cannot send a representative, Cheshire Cricket Board will look to run a 'mop up' event in early November, with a venue and timings TBC. This event will focus solely on All Stars and will not cover in detail the new ECB Youth Pathway.

These are exciting times for junior cricket and ECB look forward to sharing their plans with representatives of your club on Wednesday October 25th.
